Summary
Ms. Stéphanie Kerbarh draws the attention of the Minister of the Economy and Finance to the issues related to sectoral corporate social responsibility (CSR) standards in the context of calls for tender for public and private markets. Indeed, since 2008, the professional branch of the cleaning professions has been running a real program to support companies in their CSR commitment. 465 companies which employ 350,000 employees were thus supported to implement their approach. However, CSR is an important condition of differentiation for the award of contracts but which often remains not followed during the performance of the service and no compensation on the sales prices is observed, thus discouraging the efforts undertaken. Thus, she would like to know if the Government is ready to take into account sectoral CSR issues in the CSR criteria set in calls for tender for public and private markets and to encourage company evaluation systems based on these same sectoral benchmarks carried by the professional branches and shared with their stakeholders.
