Summary

Ground-mounted photovoltaic installations, with a power greater than 500 kWp, are supported by a call for tenders, the specifications and application periods of which are published on the website of the energy regulation commission. Projects below 500 kWp are not effectively, at this stage, supported by a state aid system. Following the Lévy-Tuot mission, the Government is particularly attached to optimize the level of support for renewable energy projects, in order to meet the objectives of the PPE3, while reducing public costs for the State. All developments in support policy, for each renewable technology, are guided by this concern.
