It is on the basis of this project, the Commission on the Rights and Autonomy of Persons with Disabilities (CDAPH) then takes the necessary decisions, in particular concerning the notification of AESH hours. However, several parents of students expressed the impression that notifications from the MDPH of Isère would be subject to a second instance judgment by the academic inspectorate. If this were the case, this operation would go against the PPS defined by professionals and more generally the needs of the child. She asks if the Government can clarify the position of the academic inspectorate on its decision-making status regarding the management of notifications issued by MDPH regarding the allocation of notified hours of support by an AESH for children with disabilities.
