Summary
Mr. Grégory Labille draws the attention of the Minister of Solidarity and Health to the difficulties encountered by many citizens in having the amount of daily allowances reported by the CPAM on the website mesdroitssociaux.gouv.fr corrected. Significant errors were in fact detected in the amount of IJ reported by the CPAM on this site. Many citizens find themselves cut off from the aid to which they are entitled, the CAF taking as a basis for calculation the figures declared by the CPAM. A resident of the MP's constituency would thus have, according to declarations from the CPAM, received 17,240 euros in daily allowances over one month compared to in reality IJ of 1,000 euros. On the Ameli account, the documents contain no errors. The CAF advises aggrieved citizens to contact the CPAM, which refers them to the CAF. People no longer know who to turn to to get their rights restored. He therefore asks him to please hear these requests and to indicate the measures that the Government intends to take urgently to remedy this situation.
