Summary
Ms. Anissa Khedher draws the attention of the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Recovery to the financial difficulties encountered by mid-sized ready-to-wear manufacturers during the health crisis in connection with the closure measures for clothing stores then imposed to limit the covid-19 epidemic. Indeed, in her constituency, the MP includes the company DUTEL SAS which, like other companies in the same sector of activity, suffered considerable financial losses due to the postponement, cancellation or even absence of orders from independent traders. However, these textile and clothing manufacturers were not entitled to the solidarity fund. The situation is similar for multi-activity companies, due to the main activity being taken into consideration via Siren to qualify for the solidarity fund. Indeed, if they have their own businesses whose activities are deemed secondary from the Siren, they will not be able to claim this financial assistance which is nevertheless necessary for their sustainability, although these businesses have until now been administratively closed. Thus, the Member wishes to know whether the Minister was considering retroactively relaxing the rules for access to solidarity fund with regard to the situation of textile and clothing manufacturers in order to help them overcome these last long months of financial losses. She would also like to know if it was envisaged that aid for multi-activity companies would be released from Siren.
