The definition of endocrine disruptors is contained in Regulation (EU) No. 528/2012 of 22 May 2012 concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products and will soon be incorporated into Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 of 21 October 2009 relating to the placing on the market of plant protection products. This European definition, in force in France, is limited to the fields of biocides and phytosanitary products. It does not apply to medications. Under these conditions, access to vitamin D, which is a medicine, cannot be impacted by this definition.
