Summary

The requirements applicable to pre-signs provided for by the environmental code come from Law No. 2010-788 of July 12, 2010 known as “Grenelle 2” establishing a national commitment to the environment and by Decree No. 2012-118 of January 30, 2012 relating to outdoor advertising, signs and pre-signs.
