Concerning civic service, an evaluation program, validated by a scientific committee, must provide new qualitative data relating to the impact of the system on young people and the organizations that welcome them. The diversity of the mission fields of civic service, The heterogeneity of the activities entrusted to volunteers currently makes the development of an evaluation of the societal impact of the system complex. The data collected as part of the qualitative surveys which will be carried out in 2018 should make it possible, in 2019, to serve as support for carrying out new evaluations aimed at measuring the social impact of the system.
