The measures concerning the limitation of plastic bags of Law No. 2015-992 of August 17, 2015 relating to the energy transition for green growth are in accordance with Directive (EU) 2015/720 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 29, 2015 amending Directive 94/62/EC with regard to the reduction of the consumption of lightweight plastic bags.
