The purpose of the bill is to improve the availability of infertility treatment, taking into account the development of medicine and the increase in childbearing age. Currently, infertility treatment paid for by the Health Insurance Fund is available to women up to 40 years of age. The bill ensures that infertility treatment is free for women older than 40, if the treatment was started before turning 40.

The draft updates notary fees, which have not been changed for years, and abolishes the fee for remote notarial verification. In summary, the draft revises the entire system of notary fees, the biggest change concerns the payment of company operations and fees related to real estate transactions.
Since the fee rates have not been updated for years, many notaries already find it difficult to cover the costs related to service provision and office management. It primarily concerns areas where the value of real estate transactions is lower. If running a notary office is not economically sustainable enough, it becomes difficult to find new notaries to replace those who leave the office.

The purpose of the bill is to support the birth rate by reducing economic motives for postponing the birth of subsequent children, as well as better coping and well-being of families with young children.
According to the explanatory letter, it is ensured that in the case of consecutive births of children, parents are not left out of the wage growth taking place in the labor market when determining the parental benefit. Section 1 of the bill supplements Section 43(3) of the Family Benefits Act and stipulates that children's successive in the case of births, the parental benefit is increased by the increase in the average salary.

Avaldusega teeb Riigikogu Euroopa Komisjonile ning liikmesriikide parlamentidele ettepaneku algatada heitkogustega kauplemise süsteemi põhjalik reform, sealhulgas kaaluda senisest prognoositavama ja mõõdukama CO₂ hinnastamise mudeli kujundamist ning hinnata ETS 2 süsteemi otstarbekust ja mõju. Eesmärk on tagada, et Euroopa Liidu kliima- ja energiapoliitika toetaks tasakaalustatult nii keskkonnaeesmärkide saavutamist kui ka Euroopa tööstuse konkurentsivõimet, energiajulgeolekut ja inimeste toimetulekut.

The bill provides for the establishment of a Riigikogu investigation committee to investigate the compliance of the criminal proceedings of police chiefs and the activities of the Defense Police Board that preceded it with the principles of the rule of law. The commission is formed based on the principle of equal representation of factions in such a way that each faction appoints one representative.
The task of the commission is to find out and assess whether charges against Elmar Vaher, Eerik Heldna and Aivar Alavere submission and its defense through three court levels was fair and in accordance with the principles of the rule of law.
