Mr. Francis Chouat draws the attention of the Secretary of State, to the Prime Minister, responsible for disabled people to the conditions for payment of the Disabled Adult Allowance (AAH). Article L. 821-1 of the Social Security Code provides that the AAH is granted subject to conditions. This provision is likely to generate inequalities between people with disabilities in that the spouse's income is integrated in the calculation which makes it possible to determine eligibility for the AAH. The autonomy of people with disabilities is one of the priorities of the State Secretariat to the Prime Minister responsible for people with disabilities. However, this provision amounts to placing on the household and therefore partly on the spouse the financial repercussions of an illness or a life hazard which already considerably impacts the personal life and professional victims. It appears that national solidarity should be able to be exercised independently of the family situation of disabled people and that the possible income of the spouse should not be taken into account in the calculation of the AAH, which sometimes becomes in fact the only source of income and compensation for the victims. Given the Government's desire to guarantee the independence and integration of disabled people, he asks him to please indicate the measures that his ministry intends to implement in this regard.

M. Francis Chouat attire l'attention de Mme la ministre des sports sur la loi n° 2018-202 du 26 mars 2018 relative à l'organisation des jeux Olympiques de Paris en 2024 qui comporte plusieurs dispositions visant à assurer la transparence dans leur organisation. Il apparaît que le comité d'organisation des JO n'a pas retenu le karaté au titre des sports additionnels alors même que le choix de ces sports n'a pas fait l'objet d'explication sur des critères objectifs et connus avant leur transmission au CIO. Pourtant, le karaté, quatorzième sport le plus pratiqué en France, rassemble 250 000 licenciés inscrits dans 5 000 clubs. Sur le plan international, la France se place de plus en plus régulièrement dans les trois premières nations mondiales. Elle ne compte plus ses champions du monde et représente en conséquence un véritable potentiel de médailles aux JO de Paris en 2024. Ce rayonnement faisait donc de la discipline un candidat pourtant naturel pour figurer parmi les sports additionnels présentés par le COJO au CIO. Aussi, il lui demande de bien vouloir communiquer les critères utilisés par le COJO pour sélectionner les sports additionnels qui participeront aux JO 2024. Il lui demande aussi la communication des grilles d'évaluation qui ont conduit à prendre la décision de ne pas retenir le karaté comme sport additionnel.
