Provide 24/7 local mental health crisis support for children, remove barriers caused by county boundaries, and ensure children can access the nearest appropriate hospital. Increase availability of specialist beds and improve coordination between services. Children in mental health crisis are being left without safe, local care. Families are being told to travel hours in the middle of the night or are turned away due to lack of beds or county boundaries. This puts vulnerable children at serious risk. No child should be denied urgent care because of where they live. Immediate action is needed to ensure safe and accessible support for all children.

Work on improving women's health care and start actually caring about women instead of medically neglecting them and their bodies Women's healthcare is horrible. The medical neglect is crazy. We should work more on learning about womens bodies and finding cures for things such as PCOS which has a huge impact on a women's life. This neglect needs to stop. So manh women are impacted by things that men dont have to go through. We need to work on pain free medication. If men had periods or PCOS there would've been a cure and products would be free. If men could get pregnant, birth would be pain free. Sexism is all around us.

We want to add veterinarians to the NHS free healthcare system, to provide animals in need with free treatment, similar to our treatment. This could benefit the less fortunate, who can't afford the extortionate prices of the vets in the UK. For example, the homeless with dogs. We want the Government to provide free animal healthcare, due to the fact that hundreds of thousands of people are forced to euthanise their pets due to financial constraints in the UK. Its not fair to have to euthanise animals that can be treated, simply because the healthcare is too expensive. Animals are not allowed to fight for their lives and are put to sleep instead of giving them a chance to keep living. However we do not wish to remove private vets for those who can afford it.

Many wait years for a diagnosis and struggle to access specialist care. We call on the Government to improve GP training, speed up diagnosis, expand NHS specialist services, fund research and increase awareness. I want the Government and Parliament to take action on endometriosis because too many people suffer for years before being diagnosed or receiving proper care. Symptoms are often dismissed as normal period pain, leaving people in severe pain without support. Endometriosis can seriously affect health, education, work and quality of life. I believe more awareness, better medical training and improved access to specialist care are needed so people are diagnosed earlier and treated properly.

Introduce a tax relief scheme for NHS healthcare workers and private staff supporting NHS services, including higher tax-free allowances, reduced National Insurance, and tax-free overtime to improve retention, recruitment and morale. Healthcare workers provide vital services but face increasing financial pressure during workforce shortages. Many are paid from publicly funded services yet are taxed on those earnings. The Government should introduce a healthcare worker tax relief scheme including higher tax-free allowances, reduced National Insurance contributions, and tax-free overtime for NHS employees and private or contracted staff supporting NHS services.

Currently, people aged 16 or over are entitled to consent to their own treatment and can make decisions on treatments without parental involvement. This can only be overruled in exceptional circumstances. I would like this age raised to 18 or at least give parent and children joint control. Like adults, young people (aged 16/17) are presumed to have sufficient capacity to decide on their own medical treatment, unless there's significant evidence to suggest otherwise. However, I believe that this could be too much pressure on the young person given the pressures that are already on them, including GCSEs & leaving school. Young people that have additional medical issues may find it extremely difficult to take over control of prescriptions and appointments on top of these pressures

I ask the UK Government to research the health effects of hard water, including skin irritation, eczema flare-ups, and scalp problems, and take steps to reduce water hardness in affected regions through improved water treatment. I want to reduce harm to public health, even those with sensitive skin. Millions of people in hard water areas experience dry, itchy skin, scalp irritation, hair damage, and worsening conditions like eczema. For many households this is unavoidable and affects daily health and wellbeing. People spend money on filters, treatments, special products. I ask the Government to research the health impacts of hard water and consider solutions to reduce its effects in highly affected areas. It has made simple daily tasks much harder than they should be. This must change.

Implement protocols to act promptly when a parent reports something is wrong with their child. 3. Ensure timely treatment so no baby suffers due to delayed care. Every mother knows her child best. Our instincts are powerful and rooted in love, care, and constant observation. Yet too often, those instincts are dismissed leaving babies without the care they need. HG’s story is one of many. Despite raising concerns and noticing that something was wrong, the doctors dismissed our warnings. The treatment he needed was delayed, putting his health and his life at risk. No parent should have to fight so hard to be heard when it comes to their child’s well-being.

The Government should fund a national NHS Railcard to give NHS healthcare staff discounted rail travel. This card could be similar to existing railcards for young people, veterans and seniors. This would ease commuting costs, and, we believe, support NHS staff retention, and encourage public transport use.

For all student nurses, physios, occupational therapists, midwives,speech therapists etc to be given free travel passes on London Transport Currently Healthcare students are university based and have to travel to hospitals across London to go to training placements. A recent survey showed students are struggling financially due to the cost of travel and are going without meals to fund the travel costs, some only affording one hot meal a week. Given the vacancy factor in the NHS and the fact that the Police and London transport worker travel for free, it should be petitioned to have the same for student nurses.

We ask the UK Government to fund the provision of first-period boxes with essential menstrual products for girls, through schools and healthcare settings. We believe this could help educate and provide products to girls in less fortunate settings. We believe many girls do not have access to a trusted or appropriate adult to discuss menstruation with, or may not feel comfortable doing so. Therefore, in our view, first-period boxes allow girls to access clear, reliable information privately and at their own pace, supporting understanding and confidence during this stage of development.

We believe PCOS, endometriosis, and other fertility conditions are poorly understood, often dismissed, and leave patients in chronic pain with little hope. We urge the government to fund improvements in medical training and research to ensure earlier diagnosis, and provide proper long-term support. I’ve suffered from PCOS and other fertility conditions—heavy periods, hair loss, chronic pain—and felt dismissed by doctors. I help others by sharing my story online, but I shouldn’t have to. No one should feel scared, alone, or left without answers. To help us understand potential reasons for healthcare professionals dying by suicide. To make recommendations to governing bodies and workplaces on how to reduce suicides and improve staff mental wellbeing, and ensure adequate funding is in place to carry out the recommendations adequately. There is evidence suggesting that on average, one nurse dies by suicide a week and one doctor every 3 weeks. That is not taking into account other healthcare workers. It is a tragedy that we are losing healthcare staff in this way. This loss needs to be understood in depth, along with moral injury, safe staffing and psychological safety. Effective strategies and funding must be put in place to support staff and create accessible systems that are safe for staff and patients.
