Summary
Amends the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 to authorize the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to prescribe and collect fees and charges for services rendered or licenses issued under the provisions of such Act or under the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974. Stipulates that no fees or charges shall be imposed on any other Government agency except for licensing of utilization facilities for the production of electrical or heat energy.
