Summary
Medicaid Breast and Cervical Cancer Amendments of 1991 - Amends title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act to require States to provide Medicaid coverage of: (1) screening mammograms for women who are at least 35, but under 65, years of age according to frequency guidelines similar to those imposed by the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 under the Medicare program (title XVIII of the Social Security Act); and (2) screening pap smears. Provides for Federal assumption of 100 percent of the cost of providing such screening services.
