Summary
Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to apply a uniform duty rate to imported bicycles and bicycle parts, tires, and tubes. Amends the Trade Act of 1974 to add bicycles and bicycle parts as articles that are not eligible for designation by the President for duty-free treatment. Provides that the duty rates imposed by this Act shall not apply to the existing suspension of duty on other specified bicycle parts.
