Summary

Amends the Federal Water Pollution Control Act relating to standards for constructed water conveyance systems to list specified water use, impact, and management factors to be considered by a State when it exercises jurisdiction over constructed (manmade) water conveyances. Provides that if a State adopts or reviews water quality standards for such conveyances, it shall not be required to establish recreational, aquatic life, or fish consumption uses for such systems if such uses: (1) are not existing or reasonably foreseeable; or (2) impede the authorized use of the system.
