Summary

CARICOM Market Access Act of 1993 - Requires the President, if it is determined that any Caribbean Common Market (CARICOM) country has acted to reduce U.S. agricultural exports, to: (1) notify such country and specified congressional committees of the determination, including the reasons for it; and (2) publish such determination and reasons in the Federal Register, together with a statement of intent of any presidential action. Requires the President, if a CARICOM country does not take action to terminate such reduction, to terminate the designation of such country as a beneficiary country under: (1) the Caribbean Basin Economic Recovery Act; and (2) the Trade Act of 1974 as it relates to the generalized system of preferences.
