Summary
Amends the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974 to declare that the Executive Director for Operations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission shall be appointed by the President (with the advice and consent of the Senate), and shall serve at the pleasure of, and be removable by, the President. Declares that any person serving as the Executive Director on the date of enactment of this Act who was not appointed by the President shall cease to hold office on such date of enactment.
