Summary
National Monument Accountability Act - Amends the Antiquities Act of 1906 to declare that no land may be designated as a national monument by the same President more than once. Provides that a proclamation of the President that results in the designation of such a monument shall cease to be effective two years after its issuance, unless the monument's designation is approved by Congress.
