Summary

Federal Workforce Digital Access Act - Directs the General Services Administration (GSA) and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to establish a program under which the Federal Government shall furnish a home computer complete with training and Internet service, including a permanent home page with specified Government links and features, to each Federal employee at no cost. Allows employees to elect to receive free Internet service alone, or no digital access benefits at all. Prescribes procurement contract requirements for GSA, and oversight and technical assistance requirements for OPM. Authorizes appropriations to each Federal agency to carry out such program.
