Summary
Amends the Wagner-Peyser Act to provide, as a condition for States receiving funds under such Act for State employment service offices in any fiscal year beginning after September 30, 1984, that States shall require employers liable for contributions under State unemployment compensation law to list their available employment opportunities with the State unemployment service. Permits the State law to provide for reasonable exceptions from the requirements of this Act in the case of small employers, domestic services, and other similar circumstances.
