Summary
Authorizes any Army, Navy, Marine Corps, or Air Force band to produce recordings for commercial sale. Allows proceeds to be used to reimburse the appropriations of the Departments of the Army, Navy, and Air Force, for the expenses of production and sale of such recordings. Directs the Secretaries of the Army, Navy, and Air Force to prescribe regulations governing the accounting of such expenses and proceeds.
