Summary

Equalizes treatment of fathers, husbands, divorced husbands, surviving divorced husbands, and widowers with the treatment of their female counterparts under the OASDI Program. Eliminates the marriage or remarriage of certain benefit recipients as a factor in terminating their benefits.
