Summary

Establishes the Amistad National Recreation Area, Texas. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to administer such area. Authorizes hunting, fishing, and trapping in such area except in designated zones. Authorizes the Secretary to enter into agreements with Texas for the provision of rescue, firefighting, and law enforcement services for such area.
