Summary
Right to Financial Privacy Act Amendments - Amends the Right to Financial Privacy Act of 1978 to allow financial institutions or supervisory agencies to provide the Department of Justice with financial records relevant to possible criminal violations involving officers, directors, or employees of financial institutions. Repeals the requirement that certain financial records about customers obtained pursuant to a Federal grand jury subpoena be returned and actually presented to the grand jury.
