Summary
Civil Service Annuities Comparability Act - Provides for continual application of current basic pay scales to Federal Civil Service annuities for the purpose of determining the "average pay" of the Member of Congress or Federal employees. Provides for the repeal of the present provision of law concerning cost-of-living adjustment of civil service annuities. (Repeals 5 U.S.C. 8340)
