Summary
District of Columbia Court Employees Whistleblower Protection Act of 1999 - Amends the District of Columbia Code to extend coverage under the whistleblower protection provisions of the District of Columbia Comprehensive Personnel Act of 1978 to personnel of the District of Columbia courts. Authorizes such personnel to institute a civil action in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia or the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
