Summary
Amends Federal aviation law to reauthorize the Airport Improvement Program (AIP) through FY 1999, with a specified allocation for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Facilities and Equipment Program. Authorizes appropriations: (1) for FAA operations through FY 1999; and (2) from the Airport and Airway Trust Fund through FY 2000.
