Medicare Improvements for Special Needs Beneficiaries Act of 2002 - Amends part C (Medicare+Choice) of title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to provide for specialized Medicare+Choice plans for special needs beneficiaries and the treatment of such plans as coordinated care plans under Medicare part C. Permits restriction on the enrollment of individuals in a specialized Medicare+Choice plan to special needs beneficiaries. Establishes additional requirements for specialized Medicare+choice plans for special needs beneficiaries.
