Summary
Authorizes the Postal Rate Commission to secure from the Postal Service necessary information to enable it to carry out its functions, including functions responding to rate and service complaints. Directs the Postal Service to furnish such information to the Commission, upon request, on its own behalf or on behalf of any party, to a proceeding conducted under or in conformity with this Act. Directs the Commission to prescribe regulations to carry out this Act (including provisions to ensure appropriate safeguards for any privileged or confidential information).
