A joint resolution calling for the United States to support efforts of the United Nations to conclude an international agreement to establish an international criminal court.

Summary

Expresses the sense of the Congress that the U.S. delegation should make every effort to advance at the United Nations a proposal for establishment of an international criminal court with jurisdiction over crimes of an international character. Directs the President to submit to the Congress a detailed report on developments relating to, and U.S. efforts in support of, the establishment of such court.
