Summary
Honors and recognizes the: (1) 125 Oregon National Guard Youth Challenge Program (Program) cadets who graduated on June 18, 2008; and (2) more than 3,500 cadets who have entered the Program since 1994. Encourages all Program graduates to further their intellectual inquiry and academic studies. Supports the continued social engagement of such graduates to utilize their knowledge and skills for the betterment of their communities and the social, cultural, and economic advancement of the United States. Recognizes the Program as a national model.
