Summary
Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that each committee of the House carry out its oversight responsibilities in a manner which will insure that decisions with respect to the location or relocation of Federal installations and facilities are based solely on considerations of sound management and fiscal planning and on a humane consideration of the interests of the Federal employees and their families who would be affected by any such location or relocation.
