    Rule provides for consideration of H.R. 2622. The resolution waives all points of order against the following provisions in the bill for failure to comply with th provisions of clause 2 of rule XXI: beginning on page 8, line 1 through 10, line 3; beginning on page 11, lines 1 through 10; and beginning on page 27, lines 11 through 16. It shall be in order to consider the amendment printed in the report accompanying this resolution, and all points of order against said amendment for failure to comply with the provisions of clause 2 of rule XXI shall be waived. Debate on said amendment and all amendments thereto shall not exceed one hour.
