A resolution expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the cost of our defense commitment to Japan and the present Japanese trade practices seriously threaten the economic health of the United States and that in order for Japan to retain access to our markets Japan should promptly assume a fair share of its defense costs and allow free and fair access to its markets.
