Nachtrag zur grundlegenden Reform des Erneuerbare-Energien-Gesetzes (EEG 2014) zur Fortführung der Energiewende; Sonderreglungen bei der Beteiligung an den Förderkosten für Stromerzeugung aus erneuerbaren Energien (EEG-Umlage) für die stromintensive, im internationalen Wettbewerb stehende Industrie als Beitrag zur Sicherung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit Deutschlands, Berücksichtigung der Rechtsentwicklungen auf europäischer Ebene, insbes. der Umwelt- und Energiebeihilfeleitlinien; antragsberechtigte Unternehmen, Mindest-Umlage, Übergangs- und Härtefallregelungen;<br /> Änderung, Neufassung und Einfügung versch. §§ sowie Anlage 4 neugefasstes Erneuerbare-Energien-Gesetz im Entwurf eines Gesetzes zur grundlegenden Reform des Erneuerbare-Energien-Gesetzes und zur Änderung weiterer Bestimmungen des Energiewirtschaftsrechts; Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> Bezug: Von der EU-Kommission am 9. April 2014 beschlossene Umwelt- und Energiebeihilfeleitlinien zu nationalen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten der Ausnahmen von der Beteiligung an den Förderkosten im Einklang mit dem europäischen Beihilferecht (Guidelines on State aid for environmental protection and energy 2014-2020, C(2014) 2322/3)<br /> Der Gesetzentwurf ist textidentisch mit dem Entwurf der Fraktionen der CDU/CSU und SPD auf BT-Drs 18/1449 GESTA E004<br /> Neugefasstes Erneuerbare-Energien-Gesetz (EEG 2014) s.
