Summary
Ausbau der Mitbestimmung in den Unternehmensorganen größerer Unternehmen: Zusammensetzung des Aufsichtsrats in Unternehmen mit eigener Rechtspersönlichkeit und in der Regel mehr als 2.000 Beschäftigten mit einer gleichen Anzahl von Mitgliedern der Anteilseigner und der Arbeitnehmer, Regelungen zur Bestellung und Amtszeit der Aufsichtsratsmitglieder und zur Bestellung des Vorstands; Weitergeltung des Betriebsverfassungsgesetzes für Unternehmen mit weniger als 2.000 Beschäftigten, keine Anwendung des Mitbesimmungsgesetzes auf Unternehmen im Geltungsbereich des Montan-Mitbestimmungsgesetzes von 1951 und des Mitbestimmungsergänzungsgesetzes von 1956 sowie auf Tendenzunternehmen im Sinne des § 118 Betriebsverfassungsgesetz 1972;<br /> Mitbestimmungsgesetz (MitbestG) als Erster bis Dritter Teil, Änderung zahlreicher §§ Aktiengesetz, § 85 Betriebsverfassungsgesetz, § 2 Arbeitsgerichtsgesetz, Ermächtigung der Bundesregierung zu Erlass von Rechtsverordnungen, Übergangs- und Schlussvorschriften<br /> <br /> <strong>Antrag des Ausschusses: </strong>Änderungen
