Summary

Förderung der privaten Eigentums- und Vermögensbildung im sozialen Wohnungsbau: Förderung der Bildung von Einzeleigentum sowohl in den herkömmlichen Formen als Eigentumswohnung und Eigenheim als auch als Mietkauf, Einführung der &quot;Wohnbesitzwohnung&quot; als neue Wohnungsart mit Erwerb eines unbefristeten und unkündbaren Dauerwohnrechts durch Beteiligung an einem geschlossenen Immobilienfonds, Erleichterung der Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten, namentlich der Eigenkapitalbeschaffung bei Mietkauf, Gewährung von Darlehen für kinderreiche Familien und junge Ehepaare;<br /> Änderung zahlreicher §§ Zweites Wohnbaugesetz, Wohnungsbaugesetz für das Saarland, Wohnungsbindungsgesetz 1965, Zweites Wohngeldgesetz, Bundesversorgungsgesetz und Gesetz über die Durchführung von Statistiken der Bautätigkeit; Ermächtigung zur Neubekanntmachung des Zweiten Wohnbaugesetzes<br /> <br /> Bezug: Siehe auch GESTA 7.
