<b>Bezug:</b> BVerwG Entscheidung vom 16.3.77 (VIII C 72/75) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung zahlreicher §§ des Wohnungsbindungsgesetzes und des Wohnungsbaugesetzes zur Auflockerung der Belegungs- und Mietpreisbindungen für öffentlich geförderte Wohnungen sowie Erhöhung der Grenze für Kleindarlehen, deren Rückzahlung die sofortige Beendigung der Bindungen bewirkt. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Ermächtigung zum Erlaß von Rechtsverordnungen an die Landesregierungen, Gebiete mit erhöhtem Bedarf an öffentlich geförderten Wohnungen festzulegen. Bei Fehlbelegung entfällt bei freiwilliger vollständiger Rückzahlung der öffentlichen Mittel die Wohnungsbindung. Bußgeldbewehrte Mitteilungspflicht bei beabsichtigter Umwandlung von geförderten Mietwohnungen in Eigentumswohnungen. Einführung eines gesetzlichen Vorkaufsrechts des bisherigen Sozialmieters. Verstärkung des Kündigungsschutzes durch eine zehnjährige Nachwirkungsfrist gegen die Geltendmachung von Eigenbedarf.
