<b>Bezug:</b> Identischer Regierungsentwurf siehe D42(S. 474) Siehe auch D32(S. 126) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Additive Ermittlung der Berliner Wertschöpfung, Neugestaltung der umsatzsteuerlichen Herstellerpräferenzen nach §§ 1 und 1a BerlinFG sowie Änderung zahlreicher weiterer Paragraphen BerlinFG. Es entstehen Kosten in Höhe von 80 Mio DM (für den Bund 52 Mio DM) für eine Übergangszeit von zwei Jahren in Form von Steuermindereinnahmen in den Jahren 1985 bis 1986. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Für bestimmte Halbfabrikate zur Trinkbranntweinherstellung wird eine Überpräferenzzierung ausgeschlossen. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Steuervergünstigung/Neugestaltung der umsatzsteuerlichen Herstellerpräferenzen nach §§ 1 und 1a BerlinFG * Umsatzsteuer/ Neugestaltung der umsatzsteuerlichen Herstellerpräferenzen nach §§ 1 und 1a BerlinFG
