Summary
<b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung verschiedener §§ des Bundesbahngesetzes: Umwandlung der Führungsstruktur der DB, insbesondere flexiblere Festlegung von Zahl und Amtsdauer der Vorstandsmitglieder, Schaffung einer Ressortverantwortlichkeit sowie Bestellung der Führungskräfte unterhalb der Vorstandsebene auf Zeit, Vereinfachung des Planungsrechts der DB im Interesse der Rechtssicherheit, Verdeutlichung der Möglichkeiten einer wirksameren Zusammenarbeit der DB mit den Bundesländern bei Streckenumstellungen oder -stillegungen. Die Kosten betragen für die Veränderung der Führungsstruktur ca. 1,6 Mio DM jährlich.
