Summary
<strong>Bezug:</strong> Abspaltung von Artikel 6 aus dem "Entwurf eines Zweiten Gesetzes zur Verbesserung der Haushaltsstruktur (2. Haushaltsstrukturgesetz - 2. HStruktG)", BT-Drs 09/795 und 09/842<br /> <br /> <strong>Inhalt:</strong> Änderung § 10 BKGG betr. Kürzung des Kindergeldes für das 2. und 3. Kind jeweils um 20 DM auf 100 bzw. 220 DM, § 2 Abs.4 betr. Berücksichtigung von Kindern bis zu 18 Jahren beim Kindergeld, auch wenn sie bei der Berufsberatung als Bewerber um eine Ausbildungsstelle gemeldet sind oder nach Beratung durch die Berufsberatung der Arbeitsvermittlung zur Verfügung stehen mit Ausnahme der Kinder die durch eine Erwerbstätigkeit oder durch Arbeitslosengeld oder -hilfe 240 DM monatlich an Einkünften haben; Änderung § 29 Abs.1 Nr.2 betr. Mitteilung von Änderungen in den Verhältnissen, die für einen Anspruch auf Kindergeld erheblich sind, Änderung § 265 Abs.2 LAG betr. Anlehnung des Kinderbegriffs an die Abgrenzung in § 2 BKGG. Der Bundeshaushalt wird dadurch in 1982 um ca. 1,7 Mrd DM und ab 1983 um ca. 1,82 Mrd DM entlastet.<br /> <br /> <strong>Nebenschlagwörter:</strong> Lastenausgleichsgesetz/Änderung § 265 Abs.2 LAG betr. Anlehnung des Kinderbegriffs an die Abgrenzung in § 2 BKGG
