Summary

<b>Inhalt:</b> Förderung des Baus oder Erwerbs von Wohneigentum durch ausländische Arbeitnehmer aus Nicht-EG-Staaten bei Verlassen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland auf Dauer, Gewährung der Bausparverträge, mit deren Auszahlung bis zum 31.12.1993 begonnen worden ist und soweit die Bausparsumme 60000 DM nicht übersteigt, Änderung des Einkommensteuergesetzes und des Wohnungsbau-Prämiengesetzes. Schätzungsweise entstehen ab 1986 Kosten von 14,5 Mio DM jährlich für den Bund und 0,5 Mio DM für die Länder. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Zulassung der Zwischenfinanzierung von Bauspardarlehen in den Regelungen des Gesetzes. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Ausländer * Ausländischer Arbeitnehmer * Wohneigentum * Bausparen * Einkommensteuergesetz/Änderung §§ 10 und 52 EStG betr.
