<b>Bezug:</b> Gesetzentwurf ähnlicher Materie wurde bereits in der 9.WP eingebracht (BT Drs. 9/2088, s.a. GESTA/9.WP/S.466) Siehe auch C49 und C53 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Einfügung eines § 34a Einführungsgesetz zum Gerichtsverfassungsgesetz: Verbesserung der strafprozessualen Garantien für von einer Kontaktsperre betroffene Gefangene ohne Beeinträchtigung der Terrorismusbekämpfung durch Beiordnung eines Rechtsanwalts als Kontaktperson seitens des Landgerichtspräsidenten, in dessen Bezirk die Justizvollzugsanstalt liegt. Der Bundeshaushalt wird nicht mit Kosten belastet; die Etats der Länder nur in bedeutungslosem Umfang. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Entsprechend einer Anregung des Bundesrates kann der Rechtsanwalt aus wichtigen Gründen die Aufhebung der Beiordnung beantragen. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Justizvollzugsanstalt * Innere Sicherheit * Strafprozeß * Strafgefangener * Terrorismus * Rechtsanwalt * Landgericht
