<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch B15, B28, G20 und G22 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Umwandlung der Jugendvertretung in eine Jugend- und Auszubildendenvertretung: gemeinsame Vertretung für jugendliche Arbeitnehmer und Auszubildende, die das 24. Lebensjahr noch nicht vollendet haben; Änderung versch. §§ Betriebsverfassungsgesetz, des § 82 Arbeitsgerichtsgesetz, des § 15 Kündigungsschutzgesetz und des § 29a Heimarbeitsgesetz. Es entstehen keine Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Anhebung der Altersgrenze für die Einbeziehung von volljährigen Auszubildenden in der Jugend- und Auszubildendenvertretung um ein Jahr. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Jugendvertreter/Umwandlung in eine Jugend- und Auszubildendenvertretung * Betriebsverfassungsgesetz/Änderung versch. §§ BetrVG betr.
