<strong>Bezug:</strong> Die Vorlage übernimmt Teile eines bereits in der 10.WP vorgelegten Gesetzentwurfs (s. GESTA 10.WP G54, Abschlußband S. 1046) Siehe auch B28, G20, G22 und G28 Urteil des Bundesarbeitsgerichts zu Par. 7 BPersVG vom 10.3.1983 (2 AZR 356/81), Beschluß des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts vom 26.8.1987 (6 P 11.86)<br /> <br /> <strong>Inhalt:</strong> Gewährleistung des Minderheitenrechts in den Verwaltungen durch Novellierung der Wahlvorschriften, Erleichterung der Ausübung des Wahlvorschlagsrechts der Beschäftigten: Verlängerung der Amtszeit der Jugendvertretung bis Herbst 1988, Änderung der §§ 19 Abs. 4 und 5 sowie 46 Abs. 3 Bundespersonalvertretungsgesetz. Es entstehen keine Kosten.<br /> <br /> <strong>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</strong> Annahme der Artikel 2, 3 und 4 des Gesetzentwurfs betr. Verlängerung der Amtszeit der Jugendvertretung; Abspaltung von Artikel 1 der Vorlage und weitere Behandlung im Ausschuß (Vorgang s.
