Summary
<b>Inhalt:</b> Verschärfung der Anforderungen an die Genehmigung für Neuanpflanzungen von Reben; Erhöhung der Abgaben für den in "Deutscher Weinfonds" umzubenennenden Stabilisierungsfonds für Wein; Aufhebung der Begrenzung der Abgabe für gebietliche Absatzförderungseinrichtungen; Anpassung an geändertes oder inzwischen erlassenes Gemeinschaftsrecht; Änderung verschiedener §§ des Weinwirtschaftsgesetzes. Bund, Ländern und Gemeinden entstehen keine Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Stufenweise Anhebung der Flächen- und Mengenabgabe für den Weinfonds bis zum 1.1.1990; ab 1.1.191 Ersatz durch eine nur noch mengenbezogene Abgabe von DM 2,--/hl; Begrenzung der Abgabe für gebietliche Absatzförderungseinrichtungen auf 75 v.H. der Abgaben für den Weinfonds; Änderungen in der Zusammensetzung des Verwaltungsrats. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Rebe/Verschärfung der Genehmigungen für Neuanpflanzungen von Reben * Weinfonds/Umbenennung des Stabilisierungsfonds für Wein und Abgabenerhöhung * Weinbau/Umbenennung des Stabilisierungsfonds für Wein und Abgabenerhöhung
