<b>Inhalt:</b> Teilprivatisierung der Deutschen Siedlungs- und Landesrentenbank: Unter Aufrechterhaltung der Rechtsform als Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts Möglichkeit zur Beteiligung anderer juristischer Personen, Personengesellschaften und natürlicher Personen bis zu 49 v.H. am Grundkapital; Einräumung der Beteiligung von Personen des privaten Rechts und Personengesellschaften als atypische stille Gesellschafter, denen mitunternehmerische Rechte gewährt werden, sowie sonstiger Beteiligungen als stille Gesellschafter; Außerkrafttreten des Gesetzes über die Zusammenlegung der Deutschen Landesrentenbank und der Deutschen Siedlungsbank, weitere Anwendung von § 22 dieses Gesetzes für die vorhandenen Versorgungsempfänger.
