L 84 vom 27.3.1987) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Anpassung des Weingesetzes an den Stand des Gemeinschaftsrechts; Festlegung des zulässigen Hektarertrages für alle Qualitätsweine b.A. ; Definition des Begriffs "zulässiger Hektarertrag" als die Höchstmenge an Wein, die je Jahrgang zum unmittelbaren menschlichen Verbrauch in den Verkehr gebracht werden darf; Übermengenregelung, amtliches Kontrollzeichen für alle im Inland abgefüllten Weine, Erhöhung der für die Untersuchung von Erzeugnissen beim Verbringen ins Inland zugelassenen Untersuchungsämter auf 16, Neufassung der Anlagen 1 bis 4 sowie Änderung zahlreicher §§ des Weingesetzes. Dem Bund entstehen keine, den Ländern nicht quantifizierbare Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> U.a. melderechtliche Vorschriften zur Mengenüberwachung, Regelung des Inverkehrbringens von Likörwein und Übergangsregelung für die Herstellung von Schaumwein im Gebiet Mosel-Saar-Ruwer; Änderung der §§ 3, 4, 20 und 23 Weinwirtschaftsgesetz. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Rechtsangleichung in den EG/Anpassung des Weingesetzes * Landwirtschaftliche Überproduktion/Übermengenregelung beim Wein * Likör/Regelung des Inverkehrsbringens von Likören * Schaumwein/ Übergangsregelung für die Herstellung von Schaumwein im Gebiet Mosel- Saar-Ruwer * Weinwirtschaftsgesetz/Änderung der §§ 3, 4, 20 und 23 Weinwirtschaftsgesetz durch Novellierung des Weingesetzes
