<b>Bezug:</b> Beschlußempfehlung und Bericht des AfJFG zum Zweiten Gesetz zur Änderung des Arzneimittelgesetzes(BT-Drs. 10/5732) <br><br><b>Europäische Impulse:</b> EG-Richtlinie 75/318/EWG; Ratsempfehlung der EG vom 9.2.1987(87/176/ EWG) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Abbau des Staus bei der Zulassung von Arzneimitteln: positiver Bescheid für Arzneimittel bekannter Wirksamkeit, die mit bereits zugelassenen Arzneimitteln identisch sind, Klarstellung der Behandlung bezugnehmender Zulassungsanträge, die vor Inkrafttreten des 2. Gesetzes zur Änderung des Arzneimittelgesetzes gestellt worden sind; Änderung § 7 des Gesetzes zur Neuordnung des Arzneimittelrechts, der §§ 26 und 28 der 3. Zuständigkeitsanpassungsverordnung zum Arzneimittelgesetz sowie Änderung Art. 6 Abs. 2 des Zweiten Gesetzes zur Änderung des Arzneimittelgesetzes. Es entstehen Mehrkosten für den Bundeshaushalt, die durch Einnahmen aus Zulassungsgebühren gedeckt sind. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Erweiterung des Gegensachverständigenkreises um Chemiker und Biologen; Aufnahme der Überschrift "Änderung des Arzneimittelgesetzes" im Art. 2. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Arzneimittelzulassung/Abbau des Staus bei der Zulassung von Arzneimitteln * Sachverständiger/Erweiterung des Gegensachverständigenkreises bei der Arzneimittelzulassung um Chemiker und Biologen * Arzneimittelzulassung/Erweiterung des Gegensachverständigenkreises bei der Arzneimittelzulassung um Chemiker und Biologen
